Good spot and close to uni. The place was warm enough once we got a heat pump sorted, but it took a few weeks to get the bathroom fan fixed when we first moved in. Landlord was easy to reach by text though.

Is Flatchat free for landlords?

Yes. Claiming your properties and replying to reviews is free. We'll always be upfront if that ever changes.

Will tenants see my reply?

Yes. Your reply shows publicly, right under the review on your property's page, marked as the verified owner or manager.

Can I get a review removed?

We don't take down honest reviews just because they're critical. If a review breaks our content guidelines you can report it and we'll look into it. Otherwise, a public reply is your best move.

How do you check that a property is mine?

When you claim a property the claim goes through a review before it's approved. You won't be able to reply as the verified owner or manager until it's confirmed.

Can I ask my tenants to leave a review?

Not right now. We're still working out whether to build this, and how to do it without skewing reviews. For now, claim your property so you're ready to reply the moment reviews come in.
