The flat had a lot of positives, like its great location and spacious rooms, but it wasn't very soundproof and could get pretty damp, which we managed with a dehumidifier. We encountered some huge spiders and even a mouse and a rat that chewed through the wall, so a preventative spray might be wise if you're not a fan of creepy crawlies. We didn't interact much with the landlord, and while the property management company was okay, you really have to be proactive to get things done. Overall, it was a pretty liveable flat despite the issues.
