The house is big, but the hot water runs out often, and the kitchen/living area is freezing in winter. The landlord is decent and tries to fix things himself, though he can be a bit slack about it, and the shared living space and lack of heating really suck. Living with mates under one roof and having chats on the 30-minute walk home from town is definitely the best part, but the flat would be much better with a fenced backyard, and the tight driveway only suits small cars.
