I found the flat to be pretty good overall during my summer stay. The living and kitchen areas were nice, but three of the four bedrooms faced a rock wall, making them quite dark. It was also a bit cold, and the kitchen design had some annoying quirks, like the top drawer being unusable. On the plus side, the landlord was really good at responding to issues, as long as you specify what needs fixing.
