I found this flat to be really close to uni, which is incredibly convenient. While there are only 30 minutes of hot water a day and the kitchen is older with poorly placed light switches, the overall size is decent with good water pressure and a heat pump. The carpets are okay, and there's a huge lemon tree outside, but it does attract some large, scary spiders. The flat is well-managed by a good agency that quickly addresses any issues, and at around $400 per week, it’s a good deal for the area. Just note that it doesn’t get much sun.
