The house has a good location and gets sunlight in the front rooms, but it’s not without issues—there are gaps in the floors, walls, and windows, leaks everywhere, and zero insulation. The landlords live out of town and only communicate via email, doing minimal repairs without any real effort to improve the property. The best part for me is the size of my room, but the worst is the state of the bathroom and the fact that there’s only one for four people.
