This house is hidden down an alley on Aro Street and gets all-day sun, featuring three double bedrooms and a sleepout. The pros include great sun, an awesome balcony with a fantastic outlook, a heat pump, beautiful polished floors, and excellent shower pressure. However, the place is a death trap with steep, slippery stairs that have caused injuries, crumbling walls, and no sound insulation between properties. The owner is intrusive and difficult, often showing up unannounced, which has ruined our stay despite the property manager being lovely.
