I found the flat to be pretty warm with low energy bills, and the premium location is definitely the best part. The upstairs rooms are big and awesome, but the small downstairs rooms can be a downside since they’re below stairs and you get woken up if people are running up and down. It doesn’t get the best sun and can be a little noisy at night, making it not ideal for parties. On the plus side, the landlord is an awesome guy who is straightforward and always willing to help if anything goes wrong.
