2 Dawson Street

The house is a basic two-bedroom close to town, and I loved the awesome open fireplace, especially in winter. However, the damp and mold became a real issue, even with the windows open and a dehumidifier running. The landlord was decent but didn’t believe my concerns about the mold being due to a pipe defect, opting instead to send people to repaint over the two years I lived there. Overall, the price and fireplace were the best aspects, but winter and mold were definitely the worst.
