The flat has an amazing location, super close to shops, food places, and bus stops, plus a huge backyard that's great for parking in summer. However, the rooms are very cold and damp, with poorly sealing windows, leading to high power bills in winter and constant mould issues that require a lot of attention. The landlords can be difficult to deal with, as they seem more focused on profit than maintaining the property, expecting us to handle maintenance like lawns and weeds ourselves. Overall, while the location is fantastic, the house itself has significant drawbacks.
