The flat is huge with really good-sized bedrooms and large floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, plus a great location with a car park and storage locker. The two huge decks are a bonus, but the living area and a couple of bedrooms get very little natural light since it's on the first floor, and some carpet near the kitchen is a bit grotty. It can be quite cold in winter, requiring heaters, but it's not as cold as a typical Wellington house. Overall, the size and location are the best aspects, while the lack of natural light is the worst. The landlord is fine, and dealing with the property management company means things get fixed in a timely manner.
