The flat itself is good, close to town, and relatively cheap for Wellington. It was a mess when we moved in, with disgusting conditions under the oven and mould in the bathroom, but the landlord did give us $50 for cleaning products. Overall, it's a pretty good place, though it doesn't get any sun and can get dark and smelly easily. The landlord is a good guy, a bit slack and unorganized, but he leaves us alone and tries to help. The best thing about the flat is the area, while the worst is definitely the mould. I won't be staying another winter here.
