The house has a large living area, a dishwasher, and a heat pump that keeps it comfortable, though transport is a bit far, so having a car is best. The master bedroom is spacious, and the secondary bedroom is decent, while the sunroom can get quite cold in winter, but heavy curtains and a small heater help. My experience with the landlords was great; they were quick to respond and only did one inspection when we left, mostly to ask us to stay. If I were moving back to Christchurch, I would definitely try to rent from them again.
