Living in this flat was the worst experience of my life. I had pneumonia twice during my eight months there, and the mould was beyond comprehension. The landlord promised to fix two sinkholes in the floor but never did, leaving us with large holes. I paid about $180 per room, which was not worth it at all; everything was terrible except for the backyard. Just don't rent here—save yourself and your money.
