The flat is damp and mouldy, with condensation running down the windows and bathroom walls, and mould growing on everything. It’s cold, small, and infested with rodents every winter, plus the whole apartment is on a lean, making it unsettling. While the landlord is lovely and quick to respond to texts, they are slow to fix issues and have never done flat inspections. The best thing about this place is the location, just a five-minute walk to VUW.
