I had a terrible experience living in this flat. It was moldy, cold, and full of holes, with a landlord who was completely unresponsive and tried to keep our bond for damages we didn't cause. While we did have a washing line on the front porch, that was the only positive; everything else was a nightmare, including the lack of smoke alarms and the derelict condition of the property. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
