I had a terrible experience renting this flat. The landlord never fixed anything we requested and made it incredibly difficult to get our bond back, even though we left the place in better condition than we found it. Everything in the flat went mouldy despite our efforts, and we dealt with major ant and cockroach infestations. He also left us to handle disputes with his other tenants and likely teaches these tricks to new landlords, which is frustrating. The best part was when the lease finally ended.
