I lived in a great modern house with central heating and an awesome shower, but my experience was marred by the head renter, Kirsty-Emma, who was quite controlling and often acted like a mother. She frequently commented on the kitchen and insisted everyone clean the house spotless for new viewings. Additionally, we couldn’t use the central heating for two weeks in winter due to high bills. The property managers, Barfoot and Thompson, were okay but seemed more focused on satisfying the owner than caring for tenants. If you can handle the head renter's behavior, it might be fine, but I wouldn't recommend it otherwise.
