The house is cold and a bit damp if not aired out, which is typical, and part of the bathroom is unsealed, risking leaks to the flat below. The kitchen layout is odd, with wall shelves that aren't very useful due to a shelving unit in front of them. While the property managers are good with responsibilities they accept, they are farcical to deal with for anything beyond that, being incompetent and dishonest, and they even tried to guilt us over insurance for damage that wasn't our fault. On the plus side, the rent is cheap, and my room has an attached sunroom, but the worst part has definitely been dealing with the property managers.

Living in this flat was a frustrating experience. The roof had large holes that the property manager refused to repair, claiming it was 'as seen,' and the lead-light windows were warped and drafty. The internal doors were difficult to open, posing a fire hazard, and when we raised concerns, the property manager dismissed us. The bathroom had gaps in the floorboards that leaked water into the flat below, and despite being told the place was professionally cleaned, we found it filthy with rusted food cans and dusty carpets. The only positive was the price, but the cold and lack of care from the landlords made it hard to enjoy.
