The house had five bedrooms, no lounge, and one bathroom, with the smallest bedroom measuring just 2x2m. It was cold year-round, had visible active borer and mold inside the walls, and the back door lacked a lock. The landlord was impossible to reach and made illegal changes, like building a sleep-out without informing us, then raised my rent and demanded I pay while she watched. The best part was its proximity to uni, but the cold and small size were definitely the worst aspects.
