The flat is appealing and conveniently close to Vic Uni, with a lovely sunny upper garden. However, my experience was marred by constant intrusions on my privacy, as the landlady lived on site and routinely entered the flat without notice, even waking me up while I was sleeping. When I confronted her, she simply said, "I didn't think you were home."
