The house is quite cold and old, with a few things needing maintenance like power fittings and door locks. While the landlord was friendly, it was often difficult to arrange for repairs, and sometimes they would show up at inconvenient times, like 7am on a Saturday, to fix things or send landscapers without notice. The best part of the place was definitely the deck, but the cold was the worst aspect.
