This is the worst flat I have ever lived in. The landlord is incredibly rude and intrusive, frequently walking in and out without notifying us and making us clean up any mess immediately. He fills the flat with unwanted furniture he collects from dumps, sends spam text messages, and unlawfully makes us sign a blank bond return fee, which he used to steal half of our bond last year. The only positive is the location, but honestly, there are too many negatives to recommend living here—just do not flat here.

The house is in a good location, but it's overpriced and has low-quality furniture. I had a terrible experience with the landlord, who is the worst I've ever encountered—he can hardly speak English, is very rude, and loves to visit the flat at odd times. Honestly, there was nothing good about this place; everything about it was a nightmare.
