Honestly just avoid this at all costs. I lived here about 15 years ago and we had mould everywhere, dampness, we were all sick all the time, even with dehumidifiers. We even had a rat or two living with us. This surely isn't healthy homes compliant and also doesn't get the sun for 6 months of the year. AVOID!
