I really enjoyed living in the flat, especially the nice backyard and the fact that it was newly renovated and allowed a cat. The landlord was super friendly and responsive, even though it took a while to get some jobs done. Unfortunately, we were kicked out when the owners decided to move in their daughter, and the new owners upset the old neighbors by putting up a fence, which led to constant complaints about us. The flat wasn't super warm, but it was better than most Dunedin flats.
