The house has double glazing, a heat pump, and a beautiful kitchen—everything is really good. The landlord is very helpful and provides a contact number if we need anything while she's away. Overall, it's comfortable, but the location isn't ideal.

The house has great insulation, alright soundproofing, and a quality shower with a fantastic view. The landlord is great and listens to complaints, addressing them quickly. The best things about the place are definitely the view and the shower, while the worst aspects are the rent and power costs.
The house isn't as it seems; it holds dampness, and the landlord is a bit of a novice who doesn't really know how to handle issues, whether it's maintenance or other problems, and is unwilling to pay to fix issues left by previous tenants. On the plus side, it's furnished, but the worst part is that it's cold and damp.
I lived in a house built in 2013 that had a heat pump, double-glazing, and was fully furnished, making it very warm and conveniently close to campus. The landlord was very quick and supportive whenever I needed help. The best thing about the place was its beauty, but the worst part was the annoying gits singing "fuck Arana" outside.
I really love this flat—it's close to uni, nice and new, with decent sized bedrooms and fully furnished. The landlord is attentive when needed but not intrusive, which I appreciate. The new amenities are definitely the best part, although it is up a hill. I'm very attached to the place! :)
