The flat has its downsides, particularly the cold, as the windows must be left open in the bathrooms to prevent the sensitive smoke alarms from going off due to steam, which makes it freezing in winter. However, we dealt with Braziers as our landlord, and they were great. On the plus side, the price is definitely the best thing about this place.
