I found the flat to be really interesting, but it’s quite cold and hard to heat, making it uncomfortable at times. The kitchen and living space are small, which can be a drawback. The character of the place is definitely its best feature, but the cold is the worst part. I recommend dealing with the landlord's agents instead of him directly, as they usually respond quickly, though actions may take longer.

The house is modern and has a big bathroom and lounge, which I really like. It's pretty warm, but it doesn't have a heat pump, so it can get a bit chilly as winter approaches. I haven't had much interaction with the landlord, but they seem okay. Overall, the best thing about the flat is its modern feel, while the worst is that it can get cold.
I really appreciated the location and modern facilities of the flat, but I had some issues with a whiny, stubborn flatmate and the place was dirty when we first moved in. For any rent or bond issues, it's best to talk directly with the landlord's assistant. Just cross your fingers for good neighbours!
The house has big rooms, but they can get pretty cold due to their size. The lounge is a bit small, though the whole place gets sun all day, which is the best part. The landlord is really chilled, but the worst thing is that it's up a hill.
