I really like the flat; it has heaps of character and a social, practical layout. However, the high ceilings make it cold and hard to heat, with some rooms getting no sun in winter, leading to a lot of condensation. The landlord is very involved and responsive when we need him, but he can be quite intrusive and patronising at times. The kitchen is well laid out, and the showers have great pressure, which is a plus.

Living at 6 Cosy Dell has a real 'homey' feeling, thanks to the effective heating system that keeps the entire house warm and cosy, especially after a long day at Uni. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern, and the new carpet in the lounge adds to the comfort. While parking can be a hassle and some rooms are colder or darker than others, the landlords are responsive and quick to fix any issues, like installing additional storage when requested. Overall, the location is convenient, making it a great place to live.
Living at 6 Cosy Dell has a real 'homey' feeling, thanks to the effective heating system that keeps the entire house warm and cosy after a long day at Uni. The modern facilities, including the bathrooms and kitchen, add to the appeal, although certain rooms can be colder and there’s some mould on the window sills due to condensation. The landlords are great to deal with, quickly addressing any issues like our dryer and washing machine problems, and they even installed extra storage when we requested it. While parking can be a hassle, the location is convenient for both Uni and town, making it a worthwhile place to live.
The house is well insulated but doesn't get any sun, which makes it quite damp and cold. The best thing about it is that it's modern, and the landlord is very easy to deal with, responding quickly to messages and requests. However, the lack of sunlight is definitely a downside.
This is a great flat that stays relatively warm, even though it doesn't get much morning sun. The rooms are small, which makes them cosy, but the downside is that I can hear everything across the rooms. Our landlord is fantastic and always helpful with any issues that arise. Overall, it's a cosy place to live!
The house has very high ceilings, making it hard to heat the entire space, and it's not well insulated, which leads to mould. The landlord is very onto it but can be invasive at times. The best feature is the modern kitchen, although the oven is a bit outdated. Unfortunately, there's no sun, and it gets freezing cold.
The flat is done up but still very cold since it's an old building, and the dampness can be an issue. However, the landlord is very on to it and will try to get things done straight away. The best part about living here is definitely the showers.
