The flat is close to everything, which is a huge plus. The landlord is an absolute legend—anything that needed to be done around the flat was taken care of promptly and without hassle. The best feature is definitely the two lounges, although the worst part is one room that gets no sun.

The house is very warm, which is definitely the best thing about it, but the squeaky floors and thin walls can be a bit annoying. It's small, but the landlord is a chill guy who gets stuff done. Overall, the warmth is a major plus, while the floors are the worst part.
The flat was very expensive, and the appliances were inefficient, which led to high power bills. The landlord pushed me out three weeks before the tenancy ended, even though we were still paying rent until the 31st, and packed my things without me knowing where some of them ended up. The best thing about the place was its proximity to the university, but overall, the high costs and the landlord were the worst aspects.
The flat is real warm and decent value for money, though the walls are thin, so you can hear everything through them. Overall, it's a decent place compared to others. The property manager is awesome and really efficient at getting things done. The best thing about the flat is definitely the warmth, while the worst part is the noise.
The house is well insulated and everything works, but the living area gets little to no sunlight, and there's zero soundproofing, so you can hear everything happening in the house. The property manager is fantastic; he addresses any issues on the same day, and if anything needs to be handled by the landlord, he does it efficiently. The best thing about the place is its warmth.
The house has good water pressure, which is definitely the best thing about it. The landlord is very attentive, making it easy to address any issues. However, the worst thing is that it can get quite cold.
I found the house to be very comfy, warm, and conveniently close to uni, plus it gets the evening sun. The landlord is very attentive and helpful, which has made my experience even better. The only downside is the small hot water cylinder.
The house is pretty warm without needing heating, and I appreciate that very little noise comes through the walls from neighboring flats, though light sleepers might find the motorway noise bothersome—I never noticed it. The landlord is excellent and very proactive with repairs and inspections. The best thing about the flat is its warmth, while the worst is its proximity to fast food.
The house is pretty warm and clean, with good kitchen space and storage, which I really appreciate. The landlord is really good and responds quickly, often coming around the same day I call. The only downside is that it's not very soundproof, with thin walls being a bit of an issue.
The flat has a cool complex and nice-sized rooms, but the lack of double glazing makes it cold in two south-facing rooms. The landlord never checks the flat, which is frustrating, especially since there's no insulation and the downstairs shower has no ventilation, leading to mould growth. While the size of the flat is great, the mouldy windows and overall lack of upkeep are significant downsides.
The house has a good landlord who owns about 25 flats, so he knows what he's doing and isn't ripping us off. The separate bathroom and toilet are nice, and the low roofs help keep the heat in. Although we had a mouse problem, it was swiftly dealt with, which I appreciated. Overall, the size of the place is great, but the initial issue with mice and rats was definitely a downside.
The house is big, which is definitely the best thing about it. The landlord is good, making the experience pleasant overall. However, the location is quite far, which can be a downside.
I really enjoy living in this flat on Fatty Lane; it's in a strategic location and has big, fully furnished rooms that are really warm and comfortable. The landlord is very helpful, which adds to the positive experience. The best things about the place are its warmth, comfort, and proximity to the university. However, the slightly creaky floors can be a downside, as I can't dance in my room without waking up the people below me.
The house has a great shower and an excellent location, which I really appreciate. However, the roof leaks, which is quite frustrating. The landlord is lovely but a bit unpredictable at times.
The house felt too expensive for what it offered, but it seemed in quite good condition. Unfortunately, the worst part was that there was no sun.
The house has a good lounge and equal-sized bedrooms, which I appreciate. The warmth is definitely the best aspect of living here, but the traffic noise can be quite bothersome at times. Overall, my experience with the landlord, Cutlers, has been satisfactory.
The flat had a good flow, and having two bathrooms and showers worked great, with decent shower pressure and a warm atmosphere. The landlord is a decent guy, though he can be a bit slow; since the flat is above the company, I could always go downstairs if needed. The best part was definitely the warmth, but the worst was the noise from next door.
The house was pretty new, which was a plus. However, my experience with the landlord was frustrating; they held my bond for ages and didn't lodge it the first time until I contacted the DBH. Overall, the landlord was definitely the worst part of my rental experience.
The house was well-maintained and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to live. The landlord was responsive and easy to communicate with, which I appreciated. The best thing about the flat was its convenient location, while the worst thing was the lack of parking options.
