The house is a bit pricier, but sharing a room helps cut down on heating costs, and I appreciate that the flat retains heat well, so I don’t need a heater. The landlord is generally effective at addressing issues, although some concerns have been overlooked despite repeated mentions. On the downside, sound travels easily from the living room, and the bathroom lacks proper ventilation, requiring cleanup after showers.

The house has a small kitchen, and while the top rooms get plenty of sun, I can't close off the kitchen/living area from the rest of the house, which means all the heat travels up the stairs. The landlord is good at replying to text messages and emails. The best thing about living here is the sunny top room, but the worst part is the noise from others in the complex.
The house has a modern look, but it only has one fire exit door, which isn't health and safety friendly, and it's quite narrow, making it more suitable for a studio room rather than hosting many people. Pay Monthly can be challenging, and I had to remind the landlord multiple times to get anything done; he also didn't sort out the bond, so I ended up not paying one at all. There are outdoor rubbish bins and a bike cage, but overall, the experience has been frustrating.
The house is quiet and mostly warm, which is a plus. However, the landlord is lazy and unhelpful, and the worst part is that the manager and laundry are not vented.
The noise from the other flats could get quite bad sometimes, and the property manager wasn't very helpful, which was frustrating. On the bright side, the water pressure was great, but overall, the worst part was definitely the property manager.
The location of the flat is definitely the best thing about it. However, I had some issues with the flatmates, which made my experience less enjoyable. Overall, the house itself was fine, but the dynamics with my flatmates were challenging.
