The house is cold, damp, and not sunny, which makes it uncomfortable to live in. The landlord responds quickly to texts, but her quick fixes often lack quality. The best thing about the place is its location, but the worst aspect is definitely the cold and damp conditions.

The house is pretty run down with lots of broken things like the dishwasher and plumbing leaks, but the layout is good and the kitchen/living area is spacious. It’s very dark and gets hardly any sun, making it freezing unless you turn on the heat pump; I can even see my breath inside. The landlord is hardly around, but her maintenance guy, who lives in the flat in front, is very helpful and can fix most issues. On the plus side, the shower pressure is great, there’s lots of parking, and it’s a quick walk to Uni, but the cold, dark conditions and heaps of condensation, along with a poor kitchen extractor fan, are definitely drawbacks.

The house is in good shape and a great location, but sound travels easily through the walls and from neighboring properties. While it doesn't receive any North-facing sun due to the duplex layout, it does get some early morning and late afternoon sun. The landlord is quick to respond and very proactive, making them easy to deal with. The best aspects are the location and layout of the flat, though the lack of sun and water pressure in the upstairs shower are drawbacks.

I found the house to be modern and well maintained, with great landlords. While it misses the sun in winter and the bottom room is rather damp, it is insulated and has a heat pump. Overall, the best thing about the place is its modern features, but the lack of sunlight due to being against a hill is a downside.

The house was advertised with double glazed windows, but it doesn't actually have them, which makes it quite cold. However, the landlord is super helpful and friendly, and the best thing about the flat is definitely the balcony.

The windows in the lower two bedrooms get really wet and drip onto the floor, which is a downside, especially since there's no window in the bathroom, leading to mould growth on the sliding doors. On the bright side, the shower pressure is amazing, and I really appreciate the warmth and the balcony. The landlord is pretty good as long as you pay your rent on time.

The house is a good size, easy to run, and has low power use, which I appreciate. The landlord is organized and willing to fix issues immediately, making for a smooth rental experience. The best thing about the flat is that it's warm, but the worst part is the thin walls.
