I found the flat to be very cold, but the location is great. It has a small lounge and decent bedrooms, and the outdoor area is nice for summer, though it loses sun in winter. The spare fourth bedroom can help reduce rent, but you can hear everything happening in the flat above. The landlord is very full on, almost like a mother.

The house is conveniently close to uni, which is a major plus. The landlord is easy to work with, making the rental experience smooth. However, it can get quite cold during winter, and I find myself relying on the heat pump daily.
