The flat has changed ownership and undergone a lot of renovations, which is a positive change. The best thing about it is the price, but unfortunately, it is also cold and mouldy, making it very damp.

The house has a great location, which is definitely the best thing about it. The landlord is really easy going and friendly, making the rental experience pleasant. However, one of the bedrooms is really small, which can be a downside.
