The house is newly built and in a decent location, not far from New World and the chip shop, plus it's close to the city centre if you skate. It has two bathrooms, which was pretty mean, but I did notice a family of wild cats under the house. The landlord was okay, but they started renovations during exam week, which was pretty messed up, and they deducted our bond after I scrubbed the bathroom with a toothbrush. Also, be prepared to wear your ski jacket and dressing gown to bed if you want to avoid a hefty power bill.

I found the rent to be good, and the house is warm with nice landlords who are great people. The best part is the vinyl floor, which means no mess, but the worst thing is having to walk to uni.
