The flat looks impressive from the outside, but unfortunately, the interior doesn't match that appeal. It's quite cold overall, though the smaller rooms are easier to heat. The landlord is reasonable and communicates well, plus the recently renovated kitchen and sunny outdoor area are definite highlights. However, the lack of proper heating, a dishwasher, and a dryer are significant downsides.

The house has a cool style with a brand new kitchen from 2015 and a good-sized living area, plus two big rooms that get sun. However, it can be quite cold due to the concrete structure, and there's no sun in the living room, laundry in the kitchen, and no dishwasher or dryer. I've also noticed mold in some bedrooms and the bathroom. On the plus side, the landlord was always helpful and took pride in the house.
The house is relatively new and comes partly furnished, located in a great neighbourhood with virtually no downfalls, except for the lack of a backyard. We haven't had contact with the landlord, but the property manager is nice. The best part for me has been my flatmates, while the worst thing is definitely the absence of any outdoor space.
I found the flat to be decent, though a bit pricey for three rooms and a bit of a walk to uni. The location is great, with nearby Woodhaugh Gardens and Ross Creek Reservoir offering solid recreation value. While it gets a little cold in winter due to lack of sun, summer and mid-spring are stunning. The landlord, through a well-known property agent, was professional and easy to deal with, but the walls do seem to amplify noise. The best features are the location and the hot water, which is gas.
