The house has spacious rooms that hold heat on sunny days, but they can be freezing otherwise and have issues with condensation and mould. The lounge and backdoor area are nice, though I wish there was a light outside. The landlord is reasonably nice but has a delayed response to queries and issues. Overall, the location is great, but the mould and cold can be a downside.

I found this flat to be good value for money, with a very friendly landlord who responds quickly to queries. The best things about the place are the good price, great outdoor area, and decent appliances, plus there's a shed outside. However, it can be a wee bit chilly in winter since it lacks an economical heat source and the living room faces south.
The landlord and her husband are super friendly, responding quickly and replacing anything necessary, which is definitely the best part of living here along with the great price for the location. However, the house isn't the warmest, and the shower could use some improvement.
The house was quite warm, but it wasn't double glazed or insulated well, so we still needed heaters and the heat pump. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were all a good size with decent flooring, and the washing line was handy, although the laundry's location made it noisy when in use. We had to buy an additional freezer due to the fridge/freezer not having enough space for five tenants. The landlord was very good, always prompt in responding and genuinely caring about improving the flat, which made our experience better. The best part was definitely the size of the bedrooms, while the lack of double glazing was the worst aspect.
I really enjoyed living in this warm flat, which, while not in a perfect location, is conveniently close to a bar and Meenans. The landlord is a good guy; he's not overly observant, and I haven't had any issues with him yet, so I can't speak to how he would handle a dispute. The best aspects of the flat are its warmth and good condition, but the kitchen is too small.
The house is quite lovely overall, though the shower isn't the best and it can get cold. The price was an absolute bargain, and the location is great. However, the lawnmower provided is not very good, so I'm hoping the landlord won't mind too much when we leave. On the plus side, the landlord responds quickly and is very helpful.
The house is unfortunately quite cold with no heating, and some non-sun-facing rooms get damp and moldy. The kitchen is lacking shelves and has a disgusting oven that doesn't work well. My experience with the property managers was terrible; they were rude, pushy, and inconsiderate, and I hope to never deal with them again. The best thing about the place is its quirky charm, but overall, everything else is a downside.
The house is a bit damp, which means mould can grow in most rooms if you're not careful, and I've had my fair share of encounters with slugs wandering around at night. On the bright side, my bedroom is sunny, and the landlord is pretty helpful whenever I need assistance. Overall, the slugs are definitely the worst part.
The house had a nice sunroom that was great in the afternoons during summer, and I appreciated its cute character. However, we did have issues with slugs in the front room, which made it tricky to navigate at night. While the landlord tried to be helpful, communication was a bit confusing due to language barriers, and the mould was definitely a downside.
I found the house to be freezing, unstable, and pretty dangerous, which made me uncomfortable living there. The landlord is fine and will fix things that need attention, but he can't do much about the broader issues with the house. The best aspects were the location and price, but the worst was definitely how cold and old it was.
