The flat has a great location near the university and gardens, which is definitely a plus. However, when we arrived, the place was in a state, and I found the limited sunlight in some rooms to be a downside, especially since the top two bedrooms are only reasonably sunny due to trees blocking a lot of the light, while the bottom bedroom gets very little sun. The clothesline is also useless as it doesn't get any sun.

I found this flat to be in a good location, close to the university, and reasonably priced. It features new carpet, bathroom, and kitchen, making it very clean and unique. However, it gets very cold in winter and is quite hard to heat when it's freezing. The landlord is great—always willing to help but never overbearing. Overall, the best things are the location and the newness, while the worst thing is definitely the temperature.
I really enjoyed living in this awesome flat near the university. The landlord was always willing to help, which made things easier. The best part was how new and warm the place is, though the worst thing was dealing with possums ripping our rubbish bags up.
I found this flat to be cheap with a great location, and it’s warm, which I really appreciate. The landlord is fair and reasonable, making the experience even better. The best part is that it’s right next to the gardens, though the shared wall with the flat next door can be a downside.
