I found this flat to be very good value for the price, especially as a three-bedroom. While the bathrooms are a bit cramped due to the bath, the separate shower and toilet make it manageable. The kitchen could use some updating, but it's well kept and functional. The landlords are great to deal with and even helped us move in, which was a bonus. The best part is definitely the price for what we get, though the lack of insulation is a downside they're currently addressing.

I really enjoy the deck and backyard, which are great on sunny days. The landlord has been cooperative and helpful whenever we've needed assistance. The insulation keeps the house warm, even though we're on the dark side of the valley. However, the slightly old whiteware and lack of storage space can be a bit of a downside.
The flat has a nice interior with good carpet and pleasant wall colors, decent-sized rooms, and a separate toilet and bathroom, which I appreciated. The layout and room sizes are great, and it's conveniently located a ten-minute walk from the supermarket and through the botanic gardens to uni. However, I struggled with condensation in my bedroom, which ran water in one corner, and it was quite cold in winter, especially in the front rooms that received little sunlight. While the landlord was kind and reasonable, the outside noise was intrusive, and I had to jam clothing under my bedroom door to stop it from banging when it was windy.
The house itself is fine, and the landlord is alright. The best thing about the place is definitely the backyard, but the worst part was cleaning up to move out.
