The worst flat I ever lived in, most of the time it was colder and damper than outside. We also had the amazing opportunity to share our house with a mice that kept appearing. There was a really weird set up with the rent and some stranger living in the garage, apparently he would receive a power bill and send as through a receipt for it. We lived there for a year and I never even saw this person.
