The house has a really good, central location, which is definitely the best thing about it. However, it is really, really cold all the time. The landlord is nice and organized, but the constant cold is a downside.

I really loved living in this amazing flat, with the only downside being the noise from Hyde during O week, which is expected near the university. The landlord was easy to deal with, and the location was definitely the best part, although the price was a bit high.
The flat on Hyde Street is predictably rubbish, being old and covered in graffiti, but it's a perfectly good spot. The open lounge and kitchen keep the place surprisingly warm, which is a plus. Our landlord was great—very chill and quick to respond to queries, with no issues at all. The worst part was that the shower and dryer both barely worked.
The house has good-sized rooms with five bedrooms, including a sleepout, and two bathrooms, but the kitchen and living room are quite small compared to other flats. Our landlord is really onto it—very fair and helpful, fixing everything promptly and understanding that living on Hyde Street can lead to some damage without trying to charge us for it. The best part is the proximity to the university, but the worst is definitely the lack of insulation inside.
The landlord is a good rooster, and I appreciate having GC as my landlord. The best thing about the flat is definitely the backyard, which is a great space to relax. However, the worst part is that there's no window in the bathroom.
Living in the middle of Hyde Street means you won't get many quiet Saturday nights. Our landlord is a nice guy who sorted us a free envirowaste bin this year and responds quickly, even coming over when we lock ourselves out of our rooms, which happens often. The best thing about this place is definitely the landlord, but the kitchen is on the small side.
I really enjoyed living in this flat; it had good-sized rooms, a nice kitchen, and a lovely backyard. The landlord was absolutely fantastic—friendly, easy to deal with, and quick to resolve any issues. It was the best flat I've lived in and was in a great location, although it did get cold in winter, which is common with any flat.
The house has its pros and cons. The landlord is laid back and appreciates even a modest clean-up effort, which is nice. The best features are definitely the shower and the backyard, but the worst part is the dampness and the surrounding mess on the street.

The house has a dryer that creates a lot of condensation in front of the two rooms, which can be a hassle. The landlord is reliable and will take care of things well, though not always immediately. The best part of the flat is definitely the backyard, while the laundry situation leaves much to be desired.
