The landlord is amazing and goes out of her way to make living easier for us, always getting back quickly with effective solutions. The flat is alright for a student rental, but it can be a bit cold, and some days the walk to uni feels a bit far. The best part is definitely the sun and the landlord, while the worst is the cold walls.

I really appreciate the landlord; they are friendly and genuinely care about our well-being. The best thing about the flat is that everything is new, clean, and warm, which makes us happy to spend time together in the lounge. The only downside is that the bedrooms are sloped and colder, but I hear they will be fixed in August.
The house has issues with rot and mould, and it's quite cold, especially with mould in the bathroom. The best thing about it is the location and easy parking. However, contacting the landlord can be frustrating since I can only reach them during the week.
I really enjoyed living in the flat, especially because of the flatmates. There wasn't anything that stood out as a downside for me. Overall, it was a great experience.
