The room size is great, and I appreciate that there's no sound, making it a comfortable living space. However, the house can get quite cold at times. Overall, it's a decent flat rental experience.

The house is in poor condition, and the landlord doesn't do much to help. The best thing about living here is the proximity to the university, but the worst part is the nearby Greggs factory.
I do not recommend moving here; it's freezing and loud. The best thing about this place is that we moved out.
