Living in this flat has been a frustrating experience. It's cold and damp to the point where I can see my breath inside, and the layout is terrible, contributing to ill-mental health. The landlord is disrespectful and non-responsive, intruding on our space and ignoring necessary repairs while being overly controlling. The only positive is that there are many plugs in the upstairs bedroom, but overall, the whole package deal is terrible, and I would strongly advise anyone to look for a better landlord elsewhere.

I’ve found the new landlord to be really nice and helpful, although I haven't interacted with her much yet. The house has great built-in storage and an open living-dining-kitchen area, which I love. However, it gets very cold in winter due to the brick walls, and while the shower pressure is good, the bathroom tends to grow a lot of mould every few months. The only things needed for the 3/4 bedrooms are a desk chair and a mattress, but the third-story bedroom lacks shelves, even though it's the nicest room overall.
I really like the character of the flat and its handy location, which is definitely the best thing about it. The drier is quite loud and linty, and the size of the rooms and the stairs could be better. Overall, it's quite nice for what you pay, and the landlord is pretty chilled with inspections.
The flat has a lot going for it, especially the cheap rent and reasonably sized living area. I appreciate the nice pressure in the shower and how well-designed the rooms are to maximize space. However, the single glazing and steep stairs can be a downside, and three of the rooms don't get much sun in winter, making it quite cold. On the plus side, the landlord is very responsive; they quickly replaced our fridge when the seal was broken.
The house has small rooms that are easy to heat, but I noticed some brick mortar inside is falling away. The landlord is difficult to negotiate with and a bit rude and impolite. The best thing about this place is its proximity to the university, but on the downside, it's old and dusty.
The house is cold and mouldy, and I've had issues with mice and power surges. However, the landlord is friendly and helpful, always quick to respond, even if they can be a bit hard to understand at times. The best thing about the flat is definitely the location, but the cold is definitely the worst aspect.
The house has a great location, but I recommend watching the shower drain and definitely getting the sunroom. My experience with the landlord was mixed; the first one was bad, while the second was okay. The best part of living here was the flatties, but the worst was dealing with mice.
The house has a very dark lounge and a gross bathroom, and the backyard area isn't appealing either. However, the location is the best thing about it. The landlord is pretty cool and young, which makes it easy to relate to him.
