The house has its pros and cons. The landlord is great, which makes living here easier, and the best thing about the place is definitely the gym. However, the view leaves a lot to be desired.
The house has some drawbacks, like noise from the street, a lack of sunlight most of the time, and no water or power included. However, I really appreciate the good gym room. The landlord is great too; they always respond quickly. Overall, the gym is definitely the best thing about living here, but the lack of sunlight is the worst.
I rented a flat at 45, and my experience with the landlord, 4654645, was generally positive. The best thing about the place was 4556465, but the worst aspect was 546546. Overall, it was a decent rental experience.
