The location of the flat is great, but it's very cold inside, with the living room feeling more like a bedroom. The heat pump is in a separate area, making it less useful, and the dryer lacks ventilation, causing condensation to build up under the stairs. On the positive side, the landlords are easy to communicate with and are working on renovating the house.

I had a really good experience in this second-year flat, which was nice and close to Uni and fatty lane. The landlord was really quick to address any problems we had. The kitchen and bedrooms were a great size, but the worst part was how cold it was.
I did like living in this flat, although I wish I could've moved it closer to uni since a 20-30 minute walk on a winter morning isn't ideal. The flat has a great layout with five equal-sized rooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen/dining/lounge area that's perfect for parties. However, the landlord was very unresponsive and unprofessional, often forgetting our requests or providing inconsistent answers, which was quite disappointing. Overall, the size of the rooms and having two bathrooms were the best features, but the landlord and distance to uni were the worst aspects.
The house gets a lot of condensation, but opening a few windows helps, though my clothes do get a bit damp. The landlord has been responsive and quick to fix any issues. The best thing about the place is the deck and the tidy layout, but it doesn't get much winter sun.
