I really appreciate how warm the flat is, thanks to the heat pump running most of the day, and the natural light from all the windows creates a pleasant environment. It's conveniently located between Otago Polytechnic and The University of Otago, which is a huge plus. The Uniflats maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues and understanding of normal wear and tear. The only downside has been the noise.

The house was freezing cold and noisy, making it an uncomfortable living environment. Unfortunately, I can't say anything positive about it, as there was nothing good about the experience, and the landlord was unhelpful.
The flat is in great shape and has an excellent location, just three minutes from class and the gym. Dealing with Uni-Flats as the property manager is fantastic; they respond quickly to issues and are understanding about damages. However, the shower only has two extreme settings, and the kitchen lacks proper ventilation if you burn anything. The complex can be noisy on Thursday nights due to parties, but using study spaces like the library helps manage that.
The house is small and warm, but parking can be a mission since there are only three car parks for five units. The property manager is good and addresses issues as soon as possible. However, the worst part is that the guy next door smokes, and the smoke leaks through from outside.
The house has decent-sized bedrooms and a nice garden, but it’s often colder inside than outside, and the bathroom suffers from severe condensation, leading to mould on the walls within a month of repainting. I recommend putting everything in writing to the landlord, as it’s essential to have documented proof for any issues that arise.
The house is pretty good, though the kitchen is tiny. The landlord is good, and the best thing about living here is that Uni flats fixes everything fast! However, the worst thing is that it is SO COLD.
The flat is cheap and central, which is definitely a plus. However, there are a few gaps around the windows that could be improved. Overall, it's a decent place to live.
There's a lot of space in the house, and the kitchen is definitely the best feature. The landlord is very easy to deal with, which makes things smoother. However, the worst part is that bathroom mould grows quickly.
The house is warm, which is definitely the best thing about living here. However, the other flatmates have been a downside for me. Overall, my experience has been mixed.
The house is cold, moldy, and gets zero sun, which makes the dampness really uncomfortable. The landlord is absolutely hopeless, but the best thing about the place is its location.
The house itself is fine, but the landlord is average to pretty poor. The best thing about the place is the location, while the worst thing is everything else.
