The house isn't overly warm on its own, but the heat pump and heaters provided by the landlord keep it toasty when needed. The landlord is fantastic—he responds quickly, is very flexible, and there's no bond or yearly contracts. The best part is the amount of sun we get, though the only downside is that it's uphill.
