The house is warm enough and has nice carpet, but it's definitely not worth the price. The best feature is the sun room, but the worst part is the landlord—he is awful to talk to, nasty to be around, and just plain crazy.

I had a great experience living here. The landlord is really nice and easy to get hold of, and all facilities are included in the rent, so I didn't have to worry about power bills during winter. Everyone in the other rooms is friendly, and I've made friends for life! The only downside was having to leave.
