The house has a good location, but unfortunately, the landlord is very slack and difficult to communicate with, often taking up to a week to respond to texts or emails. Maintenance issues can take a month to resolve, and when we moved in, there was visible mould on surfaces and curtains, making it necessary to keep the windows open to prevent bad smells. While the landlord is friendly and approachable, the overall experience has been frustrating.

The house has big rooms, a heat pump, and wall panel heaters, with the upstairs room getting good sun. However, the hot water runs out quickly, especially with all girls in the flat, and the downstairs rooms are quite cold and don’t get much sun. The upstairs bathroom is a highlight, but overall, the cold can be a downside.
I really enjoyed living in this flat, especially the fantastic kitchen and the good-sized bedrooms. The landlord was great, and the best part for me was definitely the big rooms. Honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say—there was nothing I disliked.
I had a previous tenant live with us for a week, and if you're nice to her, she'll be nice back. The house is big, which is great, but the slippery stairs at the front can be a bit of a hazard.
The flat is freezing, with an inefficient hot water cylinder that costs a fortune, and it gets minimal sun, making it damp in winter. The landlord is completely unreliable, often showing up without notice and pretending to be friendly, which only highlights his incompetence. While the people I live with are great, the building itself is subpar, and the landlord is definitely the worst part of the experience.
The flat is warm for a Dunedin place and has a modern look, which I really appreciate. The landlord is easy to contact and keeps us informed if he's going away. The best part is how nice it looks, though the steps to get to it are a bit of a downside.
The house has a good kitchen, which is definitely the best feature. However, the Dundas stairs are a downside that I found quite challenging. Overall, my experience has been mixed.
The house is very cold but awesome, featuring three working fireplaces, which are definitely the best part. The landlord is a nice guy who promised the world, but it always took ages to get him to actually organize anything. Unfortunately, the worst thing is the crap hot water cylinder.
This flat is the pits, and the landlord did not fix things when they were broken. The best part about living here was leaving, while the worst part was definitely moving in.
